Clients Speak Out… As I sit here in my dream house, I can't help but think that none of this would have been possible without Debra's guidance. Last Spring, I learned my family would be relocated from Orlando to Dallas, an area completely unknown to me, with only four months notice. Debra and I discussed the type of house I wanted to build and the neighborhood/school requirements I had. Then she went to work. She identified areas to visit which fit my needs and together we looked at many, (many,many) neighborhoods. Debra was so knowledgeable, flexible and patient. Remember I was coming from 1000 miles away and sometimes only stayed for one day. When we finally selected a builder and site, Debra stayed involved in every aspect of the process. I was especially appreciative of the regular communications and updates she provided. Like me, Debra is a stickler for details and it was comforting to know that she was "on the job", sometimes even late in the evenings.

I would recommend Debra to any who is looking to build or buy a homes. Her knowledge of the area and her keen feel for a buyer's needs (after everything, we ended up building in the very first neighborhood Debra showed us)! Debra Daniel is the best there is.
